5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which SmarterCalculator may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent

5. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as soon as reasonably possible (typically within 48-72 hours)
• Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
• Forward the takedown notice to the user, including your contact information

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

• Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
• Inform them that we will restore the disputed material in 10-14 business days unless they file legal action
• Restore the material if no court action is filed within that period

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SmarterCalculator has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
